I bought the Z-11 kit and extractor hood from ACP for my 2000 C-5. Fortunately my shop guy has glass experience because once I got the product no one has ever aswered my phone calls or e-mails. In other words the product is well made and simple to install but don't count on any help from Mr Hitt.
