Ok, back on task you folks....... GOAL: Fill wheelwells better. PROBLEM: My 2k Vert has Aci front spoiler so I can't lower it without more spoiler scrapage....lol SOLUTION: Maybe a 1-2" larger overall diameter tire/ wheel setup, then lower 1" so the front spoiler clearance doesn't change. THANKS FOR ANY INPUT, Randy
Stock thin spokes and stock size Khumos. It seems like most oversized setups run shorter sidewall tires so overall diameter doesn't change and traction/ ride could suffer.

Exactly, only so much wheel can fit under the wheel-well before rubbing and such becomes an issue. So bigger wheels will almost definitely need a shorter sidewall. So to fill the gaps you will need to lower the vehicle.

How much wheel is too much? Can't lower the vehicle...see original post!!!!
Have you done these sizes? Can't afford trial and error.
I think we should be able to at least go 1-2" larger overall diameter without rubbing. That would set my car up 1/2-1" and then I could lower it by that much without changing the ACI spoiler ground clearance

^No. My car is in my avatar. More interested in performance than looks, not that I don't care how my car looks.:o
You can do a little bit of research by going to tire rack and looking up the tire sizes specs and then doing some measurements on your car, or
try finding someone with C6 size tires and try putting them on your car.
[QUOTE=J.P.M.;1567849905]I would do the following...
Front 19 x 9.5
Rear 20 x 11
With what tires? What would my final diameter be compared to stock? Anyone I've read about doing 19/20 combo goes with a such a lo-pro tire that the overall diameter stays the same but the ride gets harsher.

I run the above sizes on one of my cars and use the below tire sizes.
Front: 265 / 30 / zr19
Rear: 305 / 25 / zr20
I dont have a ride difference in regards to harshness at all.
There will be no effect on the speedo either.
