Default Silver Corvettes

Hi all,

I'm about to paint my '98. It's silver, so I don't want to stray too far away from that. However, I would like to explore my different options. I would really appreciate it if everyone posts pictures of their (or their favorite) silver vette, along with the color code if possible.

Thanks!

If I had a choice between silvers. I'll paint my car Medium Spiral Gray -not too light ,not too dark. You might also want to have it repainted flat/satin black like many are doing now. It looks really mean.

My 2004 coupe is Machine Silver -- a color that was used from 2003 through the 2008 model year.

Its code is WA994L or OEM code 67U. However, it's really not that much different than your color -- Sebring Silver Metallic.

IMHO, I'd repaint your Vette in its original color.

Good luck!

Default Keep it Original

Sebring Silver is the only correct silver color for your '98.

I would keep it the original color to retain it's value. Incorrect colors will usually detract from resale value on a Corvette.

May be a little biased opinion.
