[Z06] Noticable change with short throw shifter???

Once you go to a quality aftermarket shifter like the MGW, you'll wonder why GM put such a junk-shifter in a Z06. Yes, the stock unit works fine, but the feel thru a good short-throw shifter is far superior and the car deserves it!
I've owned the B&M precision shifter with the isolated stick, and it still rattled. My MGW with Hurst 8-ball **** does not rattle and feels even more solid than the B&M. I rarely missed shifts with either the stocker or the aftermarket shifters. Just let the thing self-center and you won't ever miss 3rd gear when upshifting or 4th when downshifting. At least that's been my experience.
