Does anyone know of some mats or something I have the good year F1 if its the tires whats a good replacement I need to do that anyway I can spin through 3rd gear and upper rpm in 4th... "Pro charger 3.8 pulley 12 psi with meth" also have a knew set of load mouths way to load for me I put them on and took them off. anyone interested in them

Get a partition. (I have the 2" thick foam one from Ecklers) and get rid of the goodyears. They are extremely noisy. I run Toyo T1R's and they are MUCH quieter than the F1's. I have also run Nitto 555's and they are pretty quiet too and will hook better than the Toyo's.
My exhaust is pretty loud too, but it is just what I wanted, so is not much of an issue with me. I know of quite a few people that have run the loudmouths and wound up taking them off because they didn't like the sound. Hope this helps.

You could put somemore insulation under the carpet or get the partition. The car was made to be lightweight, so that is the reason the car is loud. I like the sounds personally, but there are products you can buy to quiet down the interior.

Get a foam partition, I painted mine with fabric dye to make it fit in, and get rid of the good years and most of you noise will be gone.

I have a 02 with the same mileage, and those goodyears drove me nuts, I bought a set of stock wheels with some kuhmos on them, even though the rears were worn buy the previous owner, they are still much quieter than the stockers.

I took my stockers off and put them in the basement, and I will give them to the next owner, I also have a set of firestones I bought new they were also very quiet, for when I wear the kuhmos out.

The website doesn't show any of install interior removal details.....anyone know how hard it is to remove the interior? This kit looks like a great deal. I would like to install this kit but removing the seats and all the interior seems like a lot of work

Doing a little poking around to see where to run my Sirius antenna cables, receiver cables, and where to mount my receiver it looks like the rear carpet is just laying in place? It looks like if you remove the plastic cover caps at the base of the seats you can just pull those bolts and the seats will come right out along with disconnecting the power wire on from the driver’s seat. All the other trim pieces will either snap out of place or you’ll have to unbolt them such as the arm rest assembly area.

It would be nice to have a DIY to reference though.

I used the kit from the Crazy Cowboy. Is that the same one? If so, there are instructions on how to install the kit. I took my time doing it. It was actually very easy to remove the interior. Most panels just snap in and out. There are only a few tools needed such as to remove the seats and belts. Just take your time, it's not hard. It's only a little harder to reinstall the pieces because of the added thickness of the insulation.

Does anyone make a kit with the male snap ends so the partition is held in place and doesn’t come flying forward when you hit the brakes hard?

You should be able to buy the male side at your local box improvement store. If not there I would think a fabric or craft store would sell them as well.

Cool I'll check one of the local boat shops tomorrow and if they don't have any in stock the craft store or Lowes.
