Oh wait....
Shipping: $170.99
The reason some sellers do that is to avoid the auction fees, They don't have to pay fees on shipping, You would think that the auction site would see this red flag.
I used to do this with iPhones. I would jack up the shipping price. It was only fair to me. eBay would take $25, PayPal would take $25. Every auction I had they would make more than i did. Gotta love them. They do nothing for me and I give them so much. This was before the whole buyer protection thing they have now too. Luckily I wasn't scammed, but get this, because the iPhone was one of the most popular items and had a lot of fraud, my Paypal account got locked for 6 months with $630 in it because of "suspicious activity".
They do this so often now. It's just a way for them to hold your money, collect interest on it, and then give it back to you.
/end rant. Never using Paypal again unless it's the only option.

Maybe just maybe they locked your account because you were ripping them off and it was one way to get to you and they knew it?
Just a thought.. I guess they were laughing last as they were making more money on yours..
What I don't get is as to why they don't resove the issued you had with payments made as they take money away from you, and then they take their sweet time getting your money back.

I really wasn't ripping anyone off. I was raising shipping prices by $20 at most, and 95% of my orders were to Europe.
The whole point of them locking your account is so there are no charge backs. Which was completely dumb in my case, I've never had disputes and have 52 of those point things.
