How do I go about fixing or repairing my C5 Z06 Headliner?
I've had the car for a year now and its already began to sag. No I dont have a garage. ...I usually drive the car with my windows down due to the tint being to dark ....I use the car only on weekends.
Just go to Jo-Anns fabrics, pick up some headliner material with the foam backing, get some 3M spray adhesive at parts store, and go to town. Done both of my Fieros and they came out great.
I'm sure your Z will be even easier....no sunroof to trim around.

I dont think the original material has foam or does it?
Will do it this weekend. I will post pictures aswell.
yeah, ive done that too. When I got my 99' Camaro RS the headliner was bad so I bought the material from Jo-Ann fabrics and a can of 3M spray adhesive (make sure its the high strength one). I too it off and simply applied it on. It wasnt hard, the only problem I had was doing the T-top area correctly but if you are doing your vette then that shouldn't be an issue.
