Darrell is on the right track. Texas has some strange inspection rules that only apply to areas that are heavy populated. Go for drive in the country and get your car inspected in a small town. You should not have a problem unless the first shop has already put a failure tag on your car.

I have front sensors hooked up with cats and the rears have 02 sims. I have no problems what so ever with inspection. You need to check your 02 sensors and wiring. Then go have someone check the tune on your car. Some way some how, looks like your 2nd set of 02's are turned off.
Thanks for the feed back, the codes were not reset before the inspection in my opinion just a shoddy job done by LG, I have already called Jason since I know him and have become friends he will look at my car and see what he can do to take care of this problem.
After the first year I drove all the way back to LG from Houston to see if they could fix what was wrong and to no avail it was a wasted trip and not much interest from them, I even spoke to Lou personally.
Thanks for the heads-up. Guess who won't get any of my hard-earned money? I love the Interwebs!
I, too, believe that you have an O2 sensor issue. Shut off, burned or something, but an O2 sensor issue nonetheless. Good luck.
I feel your pain. I did a H/C package and FAST 90/90 setup this past Spring and I had a heck of a time getting the car through emissions testing this Fall. Finally, got it to pass with some help from some friends, a supporting tuner, and a lot of research.
Do a search in the Tech section on OBDII Readiness monitors for posts under my User Name. You can have one system show up as Not Ready and still pass in most states. I think I read TX may even allow for 2 systems Not Ready. These Readiness Monitors are what are preventing you from passing emissions. You need to check to see if you are throwing any codes and find out what systems are affected. In my case, I had no codes showing but 4 Readiness Monitors were NOT Ready. I did a bunch of drive cycles to no avail. I could never get the systems to come on-line. My tuner had to go in and set a bunch of codes within these systems to Not Report and then the Monitors went to Ready. I took the car down to the emissions station and passed with flying colors. It was my fourth try in the span of a month. Guys at the station were helpful as both own modified C5s.
