I have an optima yellow top in mine. many will claim that optima has issues with reliability (failing before they should) but mine's been fine. I would be open to an alternative brand but I don't know of any that make a similar product.
make sure you get a gel battery, not a liquid one. your PCM is under your battery and if a liquid battery leaks you are in for some costly repairs.
also if you have alot of electronics and ever find yourself running the battery down for some reason, consider a deep cycle battery. they sometimes don't have as much CA and CCA (plenty to start your car) but they can handle being discharged better. normal batteries loose some life if they are drained.
