They appear to be Halos, There is a member here on the forum that will do the mod also. Radioflyer I think, Correct me if I am wrong.

The Halo mod really isn't that hard. Good soldering skills are highly recommended though.
I bought my Halos from Corvettes of Houston through the auction site and did the rewiring myself. If you want a little more info on the mod, check out these threads.

Radioflyer and koldng were performing the mod for a fee. Koldng and Brian@FIPerformance were doing group buys. You'd buy the lights from Brian and he'd ship them to Jon (koldng) would mod them for you.
