Cold weather starting
Fired up the Vette this morning. 13 degrees in the garage. 3 outside. Wanted to make sure that the oil pressure switch I installed was OK as I have a CHRISTmas trip planned for tomorrow. NCM and Grandkids for the holidays. Fired up fine and ran great. Pressure switch seems to be holding good, but it was funny as the Coolant, Oil, and Tranny temp on the DIC read LOW. First time I saw that. Drove it a bit and other than the fact that it felt like I had 4 square tires on it for a while it felt great. Tranny temp and coolant temp registered after a bit but oil temp never really registered. Anyone know what the bottom line temp is for these readouts? Just curious.
