does anyone know where to get the retainer clips that hold the headlight in place on the bracket (there square and black plastic pieces). also, the adjustment that controls beam direction, where do i find another one, mine has seized up. (the part to point the lights up and down side to side so im not blinding people)
Not sure on the clips, but the adjusting rod - leave it alone until you give it a good soaking in WD or PBlaster and let it set a good while, then do it again.. SLOWLY start to move the shaft clockwise, then counter clockwise - if it binds - STOP. You are precariously sitting on the edge of a potentially expensive part - that rod breaks VERY easily, UNLESS you can find one used, and they are hard to come by (the adjuster rod - not sold seperately from the headlight assembly.

Are you talking about the clips that hold the black bezel in place on the headlight ?
If so I think I have a couple left over in the garage.
I have been thru this pain in the *** cheap headlight parts trip. It aint fun and you do need to be careful and patient as the parts are not available. You have over adjusted the headlights.. right? pulling the **** out of the socket (black part) headlight now moves side to side at will. There is a torq head in the top of the rod (that fits into the black part) that the adjuster moves if (after you soak) you get the right size torq driver you can turn out the **** so you can refit it into the black peice. Takes a couple of tries and you have to be cool but you can rotate the black part to get a fresh bite and press the **** back into it once you reextend it. Sounds easy huh! Best of luck. This is the cheapest assembly I have ever seen

I did three sessions of spray and soak of PB Blaster over two days before I even tried to move the rods. Got them moving back and forth tonight so I did a fourth soaking tonight and will adjust them tomorrow night.
Sometimes they just spin the torq head in the **** which you cannot see until it is pulled out of the black piece attached to the headlight will stop the spin and allows the adjustment to occur. Who came up with this rig???
