I'm about to send my Vette in for what I call a "Major Service." Some would consider this a 60,000 mile service. My work schedule is hectic now...lots of weekends...and I have an excellent mechanic who I trust and is fair, so I'm going to have him perform this work. This is a list of items that I have put together from various lists posted by dealerships. Keep in mind that if it's listed, I have NOT had the work performed previously.
Brakes were just completely overhauled 8K miles ago.
Is there anything that anyone would add...or delete...from this list? Feel free to modify as well:
Lube Chassis Points
Replace Fuel Filter
Flush Transmission
Perform Four-Wheel Alignment
Fuel Injection Cleaning
Throttle Body Cleaning
Flush Cooling System
Differential Service
Repack Front Wheel Bearings
Replace Spark Plugs
Replace Spark Plug Wires
Tune Engine
Replace Evaporator Vent Valve
Replace Serpentine Belt and A/C Belt
Replace Hoses
Lube Chassis Points-Nothing to lube
Repack Front Wheel Bearings-Sealed unit
Tune Engine-Did this with the above plug/wires
Replace Evaporator Vent Valve-?????
Replace Fuel Filter
Flush Transmission
Perform Four-Wheel Alignment
Fuel Injection Cleaning (Throw a bottle of techron or seafoam in the gas tank)
Throttle Body Cleaning (Air Filter Cleaning)
Flush Cooling System
Differential Service (Is something wrong with it?)
Replace Spark Plugs
Replace Spark Plug Wires
Replace Serpentine Belt and A/C Belt
Replace Hoses ( only hoses that are worn and needed no point in replacing items that are not needed to be replaced IMO )
Differential Service (Is something wrong with it?)

Brakes were done 8K miles ago. Air filter is a Blackwing, so I'll clean it myself. Nothing is wrong with the differential that I know of. I was just wondering if the gear lube should be changed at 100K.
Some of these items were copied from lists that were not Corvette specific, so they may not apply.
Have him check the power steering fluid for signs of moisture/varnishing. If present have that flushed and filled too.
Diff's need flushing like trannys do, but unless you drive it hard you're OK til 100K (by the book anyway). I do all mine every 50K no matter what.

...good points..
Something else you might consider...the cabin air filter.

No cabin filter, Mike.
I think what you're doing is prudent and money well spent if my opinion counts for anything.
I spent many years in the facility management and data center management business until recently and I am a true believer in routine preventative maintenance. You will save money in the long run by attending to issues before they become catastrophic nightmares.
I wish you many more miles of smiles with your C5 and welcome you back into the fold of the floor mat and body side molding enthusiasts!
