Problem solved
I was looking for some help with a vacuum problem in a previous thread but never mind. I am going to trade the vette in.Tired of wasting time and money on used equipment.

Side note: I just bought my wife a Kenmoore vacuum, only to return it because it is not self-propelled like the 10 year old one we had was.
