Hey David,

I made them.

When I planned the cabinets, I made sure that the doors were each
2'x4' (actually 24" x 47-3/4")

Then I ordered the diamond plate in 2'x4' sheets.

When I got them, I took the plates to my local HVAC guy (who is a vette nut) I had him roll the leading edges to a 90 degree bend at 1/4". That way they fit the door perfect and the leading edge of each door has the rolled diamond plate wrapping around the edge of the door...

All in all it was very easy.
