Paris or Perris california?... the longtubes are illegal period here... so is the catless x-pipe, Im not sure about the nitrous system, but I doubt the cops will give you trouble for that. I run LG longtubes but with cats and modded Ti so i dont nearly as much attention as my brother does from cops(he has B&B Bullets)

Find a "friend" to help with the smog cert. From what you have listed I doubt you even pass the sniffer. Some are able to get by if they can at least do that. But no cats and nitros I would think you would be severly challenged.

Technically all that is illegal unless you have a CARB sticker for the intake. Longtubes are a no, cat's or even aftermarket cats are a no, nitrous can be in there, but I heard the bottle must be closed and the main line disconnected on the street.

I just found a friend. If you run longtubes and not cats though you might get a cop give you a ref ticket. I would get some cats to quiet it down and find a way (or a person) for it to pass.

smog laws here are crazy strict.

Just go to a mod friendly smog place. Most places aren't gonna sweat ya about the long tubes.

Sell the car, its gonna be a lot easier than trying to comply with the smog rules for Republic of Kalifornia. Just buy another one when you get there thats bone stock.

The addition of a crossover with cats will give you a chance at getting a pass at the sniffer. I had a friend put me on the monitor with ARH's with cats and a Stinger intake and I would have failed in 1st gear and just barely passed in second gear. I would suggest cats + a very conservative tune + a friendly smog shop and you have a chance. Just make sure you KNOW that you will pass before you get plugged in online.

Option B is a friend who knows people.

^^+1. Don't run it if it might not pass. You get red flagged in the system.
