question about posting bad transaction
Can one of the mods tell me the rules for posting a "bad" transaction with another Forum member? I need to get the facts out there but want to follow the rules.

b-4 you stick your neck out to post something bad, be sure you have all info correct & communication between you & the seller has come to a stop. I hate seeing these things. No I am not a mod & I wish you luck solving this situation.
