I like the looks of the Jake decals, but I'd just take one on my car.

It's not like having a C6 is any closer to driving (or owning) a Pratt Miller C6R race car.

Of course, this is just my opinion. I have shirts, hats, decals, posters. For me, its like running an American flag, not trying to be a "wannabe" C6 owner. I made my choice clearly for 2 C5's over the last 5 years.
I totally agree with Tricep on this one! I guess some people might be understanding the logo incorrectly. "Jake" (as the logo has become to be known) really has nothing to do with the C6 generation. It is merely coincidental as this year car was the one out and running on the race track when the concept was originally thought up. The creators, Bad Boy Vettes, did it for "Corvette Racing" so it really can apply to anyone with a corvette and who enjoys racing.

If anyone is interested, or has the time, here is a link to those of us that have plastered every kind of vehicle imagineable with the Jakes. Be warned, some are hideous!

Hmmm.....

I wonder what "Jake" would look like with C1, C2, C3 and C4 logos. Retro Jake.

I may have to play a little bit.

Here are some samples for you. If I did every emblem that they had on the C1, C2, and C3's then there would be about 10 different ones.

C1 Jake

C2 Jake '63-'64

C2 Jake '65-'66

C3 Jake '77-'79 (I think this one looks really cool.)

C3 Jake '80

C4 Jake (This one reminds me of the Terminator.)

I noticed that.

The 1980 artwork I have is a bit different from the one you used. I got mine from GM several years ago for a project I was working on so "Jake" comes out a but different. Looks more C6 like.

The one I got might of been wrong for the year, I got it from DC's website. I agree it looks like the C6 Jake.

They are prototypes I made lol. Actually they are only in digital form right now. Those pictures are actually fakes I drew up to see first what they would look like. Iam talking with a printer right now to print me up some. Shoot me a PM if you want in. I am sure I can add a set for you as well.
