I went to HD and got a Clx piece of scrap wood for a buck or two. Get it as thick as you want the bin depth to be.
Cut 2 holes in the wood for the bins with a jig saw
I used a router to do all the edges.
Then I went to the fabric store and got some micro suede and some spray fabric adhesive.
Lightly spray the wood and stretch the fabric over the board.
I used 2 small pieces of plexi glass for the bottom of the bins after I covered them with blue micro suede...
Maybe took 4 hours because I messed around with the Chevy symbol for a while to get it just right...
The hardest thing was finding a fabric that was close to the shale carpet...

PS, If i was going to do it again, I would get some light, thin matting and cover it first, before I did the suede...
A small flexible roller worked well too...
