Harmonic Balancer wobble: *video*

Well I finally got the balancer replaced, only problem is that I noticed a slight wobble on the new one too
I installed a ASP balancer(and a new GM bolt) with a A&A pinning kit and I thought that would be the end of it. Maybe it's nothing and I'm just seeing things, I don't know. You guys be the judge.

*update*
This evening while I was driving, a really bad rattle from the engine started and It began leaking some oil I have a feeling I should of took it somewhere else
