Hey there young puppy. I say that because people use to call me that at your age.
What can I say that hasn't already been said. You are very lucky to have such a nice ride. There will be haters out there at your school, so I don't blame you for not driving it there.
Please be safe and take care of the car and yourself, not particularly in that order.
Welcome to the world of owning/driving a Corvette. You are a lucky to have such a great car at your age. Many of use including myself had the family hand-me-down and my first car.
I agree with you about not wanting to bring it to school working at a large university in the Northeast I have similar parking issues with leaving my vette in the parking lots all day unattended.
As for being pulled our. A couple of words of advice is that it is not a badge of honor to get a speeding ticket. The fact is that it really unsafe for you as well as others and it will impact not only your driving record but your insurance premiums as well.
That is a very good looking car! Congradulations! You will now have a bunch of jelious [so called] friends who will encourage you to do stupid things in the car! DO NOT DO THEM!!!I have been driving a Vette since I was 19 and am now 62 yrs old. I still drag race but only on a drag strip. You would be well advised to do the same an not listen to people who will try to get you to dumb stuff in your car. Remember, your the one with the Vette, not them, so act responsably. I don't want to read about your death in the forum.
old guy with good advice Dave
