use the MAF cleaner for the T/B too. Then use either a toothbrush or rag to clean it off real good. With the MAF spray the sensor and use a Q-tip and clean the sensors. BE VERY CAREFUL not to press to hard and break them. i can't stress that enough...

i disagree with the necessity to clean the wire sensors. Only reason i say that is i sprayed mine 3-4 times with the cleaner and figured they'd be good. But for some reason i just thought they looked dirty still. So i took a qtip and sprayed both IT and the sensors again and when i rolled the qtip in my fingers with the cotton touching the sensors my qtip came out FILTHY with and was black almost. If your not comfortable doing it, then don't but i've done it on MANY cars i've owned and worked on and no issues doing it if your careful.
with the t/b loosen the bottom nuts first. The Maf is kinda easy as all you do it disconnect the airbridge from the t/b(you should already have all this off) and losen the clamps from both sides of the MAF housing and pull the whole assembly off. If i had pics i would post 'em but i don't
