I was coming from the Hospital after having my monthly blood draw, (required after a kidney transplant), We have had a lot of snow this winter. My car is a DD, eventhrough the winter. It was above 32 degrees and the roads looked clear. To make a long story short I rearended a Dodge Ram pickup truck. I guess it's true that if you cant Dodge "em", Ram "em". Well I did---- to the tune of $7000.00 to my baby. Both fenders , hood and bumper cover must be replaced. My car will be new from the windshield forward. Fortunately in Toledo Ohio exists American Custom Industries, who specializes in Corvettes . Many of you have installed their body kits. Their work is great and I'm sure my baby will be good as new.

Glad you were not hurt and heck of a way to get that custom body work done. But, good luck with the repairs and post up a pic when you get your baby back.
You might be the first person ever on this forum that admitted an accident was his fault. Usually it's a dog, or deer, or rhinoceros running out in front of their car.
Seriously, I'm glad you're ok. Accidents happen, it a very good thing when you can walk away and only worry about fixing your car. It will be good as new before you know it!!
