headlight housing loose
Just noticed my driver side headlight housing is loose, but the headlight is fine. Noticed while driving with lights up just at sunset that the headlight housing would vibrate and shake when moving. The passenger side is static and secure. I checked the screws I can get to and they are all tight. Any ideas?

try manually raising the headlamp door up and see at what point it stops. you should be able to tell how far it should go by looking at the side that is working normally and figure out what the problem is.

You have a screw loose....
Take the headlight cover off, and check the two pivot screws that hold the headlight assembly to the bucket. More than likely one, or both, of those are loose.
I have one that likes to work loose. When it does, the light beam vibrates and shakes like you describe.
