Default curb weight...what is it?

So I'm trying to figure out what curb weight really is... I've seen so many conflicting opinions. Some say it's with all the fluids and a full tank of gas, some say it's fluids without the gas (or only a bit of gas), some say it's with a driver...

and is the 3242lb curb weight for the auto transmission (I heard the manual weighs ~25 lbs less)?
I want to be close to the FRC weight (3174 lbs). So far I've taken off about 40 lbs (Corbeau seats and exhaust)...

These are the definitions as I've always understood them:

Curb (kerb) weight is the total weight of a vehicle with standard equipment and all necessary operating consumables such as motor oil and coolant

Unladen weight, ie empty vehicle plus full fuel plus 75 kg driver.
