Default Jack stand positioning ??

I am getting ready to change my brake pads / turn the rotors / change the tires / and TPS monitor batteries ..

SO the car will be up for a few days , and wondered if placing jack stands under the engine cradle and rear suspension cradle are the best places ??

Thanks

Mike Portland

Mike:

I have not tried this as yet, but it looks like a good way to go.

I am getting ready to paint my rotors and this seems a better place that where the pads go.

Good luck.

Front cross member and in the rear, tranny brace. If you dont have a low-profile jack, drive the front tires up a piece of wood to clear it and make room and "brick" or secure the rear tires so car doesn't roll backwards.
