Yes, the exhaust was not too bad, nice and quiet at idle and not too racous when underway, but boy oh boy, when I got into the throttle, it sure moved. Here is the pic I took with the camera;
I'm in Methuen, Peabody is not too far. I bought the car at Veracka Motors in Brockton.
At least the Falken's have great tread on them and one can just barely see the tread in the pic.
My buddy who has a 1994/C4, had seen the 2002 6-Speed on the showroom floor with 8,000 miles on it and might be buying it and trading his C4 for it. He took a drive in mine and besides knowing it had the Borla system in the back, thought it had something else and sure enough, the K&N was in the front under the hood.
That "WOW" factor's gonna be around for a long time.
THe so called "WOW" factor doesn't go away! I fell in love with Vettes at 14 years old, bought my first one at 19 and am still Vette crazy at 62! BEWARE OF "MOD FEVER". It is incurable! Dave
I love that color, nice job finding it. It took me a about two months to stop staring at my 01 every second that I was around it, now I only stair at it every couple of minutes.
Good lookin car man. The wow factor never leaves. You will need something to get the car up off the ground whether it be ramps, a pit or a lift. Changing oil is not hard. Can't answer your lights question, don't know about those too much.
The only time I ever lose the wow factor is when I am just driving around cruising. But then I catch myself being normal and go WOT for a couple seconds. The feeling comes right back

I wonder, is it easy to change the oil on the car?, that is, do I need ramps, or a lift, or a pit?
Higher wattage bulbs are the quickest way to boost night-vision, correct?
Imkindafd-That C6 sold this past weekend, what a nice 05 in Torch/Black that car was/is. I would love to meet up someday. I'm only beginning the reading on here, but did just start with the "pinned" topic at the top of the list, incredible site this sure is.
Congrats man! Looks like alot of people are taking advantage of the recession prices on the Corvettes LOL. I like the black. I was like wow when I got my car too. Surprisingly enough you get used to the power once you know how to control it and then the bug bites. Have fun!

don't think it is black, looks like NBM. They can look black in the right light, but where the sun is on it it looks blue. Not sure. Pretty though.
It is Dark Blue or Navy Blue. The color very much reminds me of either the Ferrari Dark blue with the Tan interior or the new Jaguar blue with tan interior, it is a nice combo and has me so happy.
If only there were not that much snow on the ground, I could have drove into and out of work today but I'll be patient and wait and hope for the snow to go away. Driving the truck just does not do it for me anymore, I give it gas and wonder what happened to the engine as if the power is just not there.
