Default TPS Rebuild Components

Plan on rebuilding my YR 2000 vette TPS and was wondering what other components I should replace since I will have them off the rim (washer, nut, o-ring, ect)?

If anyone has parts number, that would be very helpful

Thanks

I replaced my Y2K's TPS with new ones and then sold the cores. Cost me about $240.00. Fewer problems, no "down time" .

There has been a couple threads on this the last day or two, but def an o-ring, which I believe is a #9, unless the nut is damaged it should be fine.

Nut should last a long time unless damaged. I would replace the stem core and the O-ring. Most tire shops include these parts in their mount-dismount price. I just rebuilt 4 this week and all is well.

Piece of cake! Just be careful around the board. Once you find the + and - soldering points you need to dig no more around the board.
E-mail me any questions if you get stumped
