AUTOMATIC TRaNNY PROBLEM ??????
DRIVIN THE C5 CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, SMELL TRANNY FLUID FEEL SLIPAGE SO I THROW IT ON A LIFT ITS THE SUPPOSSED NOTORIOUS LEAK BETWEEN THE TRANNY AND REAR.
ANYONE EXPERIENCE THIS? ANYONE WORK ON IT THEMSELVES TIME MONEY INVOLVED? OR ANYONE WHOS HAD IT DONE

To rebuild the trans to stock or Aftermarket to support more HP?
A stock rebuild to remove it, build it, and put it back in. I would guess about 3K
For aftermarket. you could be looking about the same but a little more depending on what parts you go with.

I had mine done last summer with a local shop. they charged me right under 2000.00 with a new converter and upgrads to handle around 600rwhp installed...they had it done within a few days. Run great!!
