poor service from SSINSERTS
I place a fairly large order with these guys 2 weeks ago,I have been looking for a package every day.So I call today and they just shipped the order today!!But they charged my card 2 weeks ago!!
I wonder why Americas in trouble?If something was back orderd I could understand.Am I being unreasonable?

It seems to me I have heard the same thing before (I could be wrong) about that same company. It could be their MO.? No, you are not being unreasonable IMO. Did you get a tracking # ? Good luck...

the credit card companies agreement with the product supplier (for them to have the rights to use the CC system) forbids them from placing a charge for merchandise they don't have in-hand at the moment the order was taken.

I started using paypal, free to set up and it is my understanding that they do not release funds until order is in stock and ready to ship, not sure but that is how my last 3 orders went , all vendors on this forum by the way.

Thinkn about just sendn it right back !I just dont like that kind of crap!If someone calls me to look at a job I ussually go the same day to look at it and I often travel an hour each way with no promise that I will even get the job.Plus the cost of gas etc,.It often takes half a day!

The company just emailed me and offered me a free set of emblem trim rings for my trouble!I dont even know what those are!(sorry new corvette owner)Thats not the point!!all I want is an apology!!The customer comes first!Bottom line and this economy is going to show people like this that being in buisness is not a right but a privilege.
