Had fun at Buttonwillow
Went to Buttonwillow last Sat (2/28) and had a great time! Didn't take the car out even though the instructor confirmed I had enough tread. He agreed with me though that a patched runflat is good reason not to take the car on the track. Went out in friend's vette with instructor driving and had a blast.
We had perfect weather and no tickets rec'd during 2 hr drive to and from the track.
Looking forward to the next time when I can actually take my car out (after I get some Michelin Pilots put on the car).
Thanks to the CF members who offered good input on the thread I posted about tires before going to BW.
