Default Need Some Help With Codes

While driving my car on saturday my car decided to tell me reduced engine power, service vehicle soon, service traction control, service abs, and charge system fault. I pulled off the road reset everything and started the car back up only for the charges system fault to come up. I hit reset and it went away however it pops up every time I start the car, the service traction control/abs/vehicle soon keep popping up as well. The reduced engine power comes on at random times. I can start the car 10 times and it will come up 4 of the times. Where do I start to fox these problems? They are driving me crazy!

1. P1221 TP Sensors 1, 2 Performance
2. P1515 Command vs Actual Throttle Position Performance (PCM Module)
3.P1571 ASR Desired Torque
4.TCS NO COMM
5.B2283 Battery #1 Fault
6.B2285 Battery #2 Fault

What's the condition of your battery. Sometimes these random faults can be battery related. A couple of those codes are battery related which backs that idea up. Are they all "C" codes?

The other thing to check is the rubber accordian in the door hinge area. As the final 2 codes are Door Control Module related it could be the issue. The connector can come loose or the wires can chafe and cause a short. Pull back the gaiter and inspect for any damage and then clean and reseat the connector.

If the accordian is OK and the battery is due a change I'd start with that on spec and see if fixes it.

I agree with the battery theory. I've seen this posted within the past month and, if i recall, turned out to be the culprit. Try a search and see what you get until some more theories come in. Best of luck

Check the rubber gaiter first before spending $$

P1515 caused the reduced power message. It would have also caused the P1571 code to pop up. The battery could have caused P1515 to come up. Otherwise, you have a problem with the PCM or TAC.

P1515H Command vs Actual Throttle Position Performance (PCM MODULE)
C1233CH RF Wheel Speed Circuit Opened or Shorted
C1278H TCS Temporarly Inhibited by PCM
