guilty one here! i look back to make sure the alarm work and smile at myself knowing that i own a vette
That's exactly what I do. Also, when I come home after a hard day at work and open the garage to drive the DD in, I see the back of the Vette and smile.
Yes, I've talked to her too and I've even hugged her a couple of times out of appreciation. Especially after she kept me from getting in a really bad wreck.
Is there some kind of treatment for what we have? Even if there is, I don't want it.
Owning a Vette gives new meaning to the saying: "GRIN and bear it". Or how about - GRIN and FLOOR it!

That's exactly what I feel. Everytime I open the garage door (I park the DD behind the vette to "protect it") I can't wipe the smile off of my face. I even say "goodbye" to it when I leave home.
Sometimes I stand back think what it is like to not have the Vette.( just to see how many others may look at the car from a distance) The I smile pull out the keys and drive it somemore.
