Default Stall recomendations & STR

Hi all!
I have a 98 a4 with soon to be 3:42, a Vararam CAI, and C.O.W. tune. Its a DD and I'm considering a small stall. I want good driveability, its has to be reasonably tight, and dont want to kill my gas mileage alltogether. Looking for a modreate boost in performance. What would be the best stall for this basically stocker and what STR would be best and why? My tuner likes the Pro Torque PTC 11700 c5 ls. Anybody using one of these? Cant wait to get the vette out of storage. Got a real case of cabin fever!

Im a fan of the 3600 from yanks. It pulls really nice at the strip and is
Prettt stock feeling. But i would say go with the 3000 if your only going to street drive.
