Headlights come up...
I just purchased my first Vette...a 2001 Navy Blue coupe A4. I have a question and a problem. Question: Are the headlights supposed to come up when I turn on the park lights? They don't turn on...just come up. Problem: When I turn them off completely, they go down and then make a noise for a couple of seconds afterwards. Can you tell me what I need to do to fix this myself. Thanks...in advance.

You need new brass gears on the affected motor. You have both the common symptoms
