Default Regular Maintenance?

I have been looking around and have failed to find a post regardign Scheduled Maintenance for my C5 (04).

I have 37k miles on it and all I have done to date is Oil changes, the breaks pads once, a set of tires, and recharged my Blackwing once.

The dealer has suggested the following:

Brake fluid exchange
Trans fluid exchange (I have an auto)
Power steering fluid exchange

My question is do I need to do these at this time, if not when?
Can I do these my self, if so where can I find instructions (specific to the c5)?

Is there any other service I should be thinking about down the line?

Thanks

The dealer is trying to drum up trade

This is what the book says for 30k and 45k:

30,000 Miles (50 000 km)
Replace engine air cleaner filter.
An Emission Control Service.

45,000 Miles (75 000 km)
Inspect engine air cleaner filter if you are driving in dusty conditions. Replace filter if necessary.
An Emission Control Service.

There are a few things due at 50k:

50,000 Miles (83 000 km)
Change automatic transmission fluid and filter if the vehicle is mainly driven
under one or more of these conditions:
– In heavy city traffic where the outside temperature regularly reaches
90F (32C) or higher.
– In hilly or mountainous terrain.
– Uses such as high performance operation.
If you do not use your vehicle under any of these conditions, change the fluid
and filter at 100,000 miles (166 000 km). Manual transmission fluid doesn’t require change.

If you have not changed the coolant in the last couple of years, I would put that on my list. Even though Dexcool is supposed to last 5 years, I never let mine go over 2-3 years.

Brake fluid is good to flush every couple of years, or when you have brake work done. If it looks dark, it would be a good time to change it.

I would not worry about power steering fluid.

Transmission fluid should last 100,000 miles, but it is good practice to change the fluid and filter at 50,000.

I'd do the coolant for sure if it hasn't been done, and probably not a bad idea to do the brake fluid too. If you have a manual tranny, might want to change the clutch fluid too - especially if it looks very dark in color.
