Mirror Idea
Ok, I dont know if it is even doable but I was thinking if I can somehow make the mirrors motorized. So when I park I press something and the mirrors fold. Or maybe when I turn on the ignition the mirrors unfold. What do you think

I think that's already done to some expensive cars, right? I remember reading/hearing about motorized mirrors. I think they're just called "powered folding mirrors". I'd bet you can get it to work on a C5.

Nice idea but that would be difficult to do. Wiring to a switch through the hinge, moving mounting brackets and a motor in each mirror. Lot of effort and it would scare me off

Again I dont know how much involved it would be or how much it would cost. I was looking at my friends car he have an Audi and if I can find his car in a wreck yard I can maybe get the mirrors with the mechanism and try to understand how they function and then a better assessment can be established. Ofcourse I rather have more HP but hey cant help also having non-performance mods tooooo

Not sure if it would be a very useful thing or not. I doubt I would ever use it, but good luck if you decide to do it to the car.
