Steering Wheel Mod?

Steering Wheel Mod?
Has anyone seen a modified C5 steering wheel that has integrated audio/radio controls?
I know the C6 steering wheel has this option and I was curious if there are any aftermarket options since I plan to upgrade into a DD NAV unit. The C6 controls are integrated right into the steering wheel frame, however for comparison, my daily driver business sedan - Acura TL, has the buttons/controls that are outside of the frame and appear to be something that can be simply added on.
I even thought about trying to see if a C6 steering wheel could be uses, however I would rather stick with the C5 as I think it looks better.

I've got a Pioneer AVIC in my car and they make an add on that fits nicely in the steering wheel. It doesn't look factory, but it's not bad looking and it works. It fits Very flush into the recess of the wheels and looks like it was almost made for it. It even has voice recognition.
Like I said, it's not as integrated as the OEM ones, but I haven't seen anything better out there yet (but since getting this, I haven't looked either
).
