Default How do I install an H.I.D. Light kit

does anyone know how to install a HID light kit?

Its real simple depending on what kit you got. I just ordered one through JW motoring and it was as easy as installing a stock headlight bulb. What kit did you buy?

Depends on what kit you bought and what lights you are swapping out. Swapping any are pretty straight forward. It is easier if you remove headlight surrounds & hood stops. The wiring will be different depending on the kit you purchased.

I just installed a set last night, didn't need to remove the downstops, though I did remove the black shroud and the painted headlight cover. Had plenty of headache finding somewhere to mount the ballasts since I was going with double-sided adhesive tape / foam, and will likely swap that out to have it bolted down soon.
