Passenger window wont roll up.

Passenger window wont roll up.
I don't have warranty, so I'm going to fix it myself, but for the time being I would like to roll my window up.
I noticed my passenger window was rolling up slower and slower, noticeably slower than my driver side window.
PS bear with me, i am not car savvy...
Few questions...
1) Is there some way I can manually roll up my window for the time being?
2) What do u think is wrong, did the motor die? My car is a 2000, with 60k miles...
3) How do i take the door panel off and what should i look for?
