You can lock out any of the forums you have issues with by clicking on the icon in the upper right corner...


And if you have questions about how to use the forum, try the Help Forum on the main menu page towards the bottom.

Click on "user CP", then on "edit options", then scroll down to the bottom of the page to "Miscellaneous Options" then check C5 or whatever you want under "Forum Skin"
