There are tire shops around here that will still do an alignment for about $60. Also, don't be fooled just because a shop has fancy laser or electronic equipment. Manual methods can still be just as accurate. I also don't particularly care for the equipment where they have to clamp brackets onto your wheels. If they don't know what they are doing (and even if they do) they can mess up your wheels.
I just had my truck and Vette aligned at Belle Tire (Regional Franchise in my area). They had extremely good customer service and did a great job. It was a full 4-wheel computer alignment for $37.90 Ea. there normal price is $47.90 (cut me a deal for doing 2 vehicles).
I was very nervous about finding a place to align the Vette due to it being lowered and clearance issues. They had 2 alignment racks that were recessed in to a lever floor, so there was zero problem diving the Vette on to the rack.
They also gave me a computer print out of all the Before and after adjustments as well as switched the Vette over to 2004 Z06 Specs.
Very happy with service and would recommend if you have on near you.
