Default Having problem installing front license cover

I ordered this cover off of ebay it had the spot for the holes marked but they were not cut out so I cut it out and tried to install it. Should it be this difficult there is just twos screws its hard me to see and screw it in. Here is some pics does this look ok to you guys?

It should be two screws on the bottom. The one I installed on my dad's vette, the holes were there-no issues, altough getting a small screw driver in there to screw in the holes is a bit tight.

It looks a little low at the right. Are the screws in tight?

Theres no trick to it. There are only the two screws at the bottom

It should be no big problem. What "91LSMAN" posted about the small screw driver is correct. At the top you should be able to slide it up and in, and than screw the two screws at the bottom, but it is tight, and you will need a small screw driver. I had to lie on the ground to do mine.

WAIT A MINUTE:

vinrmc86: Are you trying to put the screws in the TOP of the cover? The screws for the cover go in at the bottom. There are places for other screws behind the cover, but those are for when a front plate is used.

I know this might sound weird, but take the cover off and take a picture of your holes.
