Default OBX Headers have arrived and ........

WOW ! the quality of construction is simply put awesome ! Welds are as good as any I have seen . The bends are smooth the finish is top notch ! I am very very happy with my first impression , now if the fit is as good as the finish I would say these are the BEST deal anywhere for headers for Corvette owners . I will post pictures after I eat dinner !

I had a set, but I sold them before I had a chance to install them. I will agree with the construction. The construction is top notch and better than some of the name brands I have seen. I can't relate to the fitment, but if they fit as good as they look, then they can't be beat for price.

A few questions if you don't mind.

What metal are they made from?
What's the price?
Are they the long tubes and the mid-pipes also?

For those wondering what they look like, here they are. You can find these on that famous auction site now for $600 for longtubes with midpipes, x-pipe and resonators. If I hadn't needed money to finish up my Z06 conversion project, then I would have kept them.

Only $600 for the whole system? You have got to be kidding me. I guess I would be worried about the quality as they sound unrealistically cheap, regardless of how "shiny" they are.

Have any of you got dyno results after installation?

Is the auction site the only place they are available?

I guess I'm not really concerned with what the manufacturer/sponsor says, but more what buyers/users have to say after they have ran the pipes on a dyno and what their opinions are after using them for an extended period of time.

After reading the other post I was hoping you would come back with feedback on your order. They look awesome and we already know the performance is compatible to the high price ones. I just ordered a set. Thanks for the info

Install these bad boys and let us know how the fitment is, i've been waiting for these to show back up on ebay since they disappeared for a little bit but i'm worried they will have some fitment problems if I buy the kit.
