Loud Exhaust
I want a loud mean exhaust on my 2005 Corvette.
The shop I went to suggested a Magna Flow for $700 or a Flowmaster for $1400. Which one should I do?

B&B bullets, hands down. PS... You are in the wrong section.

I second the bullets or the slp, or even the borla stingers. Stay away from Magnaflow and flowmaster if you are wanting loud. If you have LT's that would help a ton.

O God my B&B Bullets are horrendously loud. If you drive the car everyday I would suggest a more mild exhaust. I don't care what anyone says...these suckers drone.

I drive my car every day, but I can not stand for it to be so quite. I'll try the B&B Bullets. Time for a change.

I couldn't either. The exhaust had to be the first thing to go. I went with the B&B bullets and love it. Should of been this loud stock if you ask me.

BB Bullets, Borla Stingers, GHL, Corsa Indy those are the best loud cat backs
. Each system sounds distinct, so listen to all of them and decide which you like best
.
PS- If you want it loud headers are really going to open it up.

I had SLP Loudmouths and they were just to darn loud. Went with Borla's instead.

Not that it matters but do you know your in the C5 Section?
I have Magnaflows on mine Vette and they are not very loud at all, they just make the rear of my car look much better then the crappy stock exhaust.
I would have also of guess the prices you have of the Magnaflows and Flowmaster switched around.

Yes, I noticed after I posted. I did post this question in the C6 section where it is supposed to be.
Been getting a good feedback. Thanks everybody!

AR LT Headers + AR O/R X pipe + Borla Stingers dual tip exhaust = Really REALLY loud and very exotic sounding under WOT. I love mine.

I had that setup at one time with SLP Loudmouth, which has no muffler, and it sounded like a stock car it was so loud.
