So I am new to the whole corvette world and I have a C4, actually wondering if it would be possible(with modifications of course) to replace body parts off a C5 to fit onto my 1990 C4? and how to go about doing so if it is
Replacing body parts would only change the looks of you car, which is subjective to the beholder. The major upgrade of a C5 from a C4 is engine and suspension.
I have seen it done with the body parts but I don't think it's fair to the C4 or the C5.
I owned a '92. The best way to upgrade is to buy or trade to a C5 or C6.
Not sure, but good luck! Your car. If you want to change body panels go ahead. I personally would not as I am not a "clone" fan, but that is me. Also, the C4 has its own special place in the world, and the clam shell hood is awesome. To make it look like a C5 would probably cost you almost as much as it would to sell the C4 and get a C5 as well.
