Yes. I can hear mine on the few occasions when I'm not listening to anything on the radio or cd...etc. It doesn't seem very loud though, but I can hear a faint shift take place.
I don't hear anything that is not normal. The car is so much louder than my Tundra V8 pickup truck though. I can't even hear the engine or anything at all compared. With a K&N FIPK and Z06 Ti's, my car is about as quiet as it gets other than the stock intake and base exhaust.
Yeah I have headers into loud flowmasters, etc., and of course a stereo system. But as I mentioned, when its kinda quiet with 'everything', you can hear it coming to a stop, etc. I also think when I have been driving it alot and it gets a very warm drive train it is less noticeable.
However, since I do love her so and try to take care of her, but still bang on her, cause thats what makes her so much fun, have I done any extra wear damage? (why yes, you have) I quess thats the question I wonder about. Heck with it, turn up the tunes, drive it like you stole it, (except for the PO-liceman gonna get me,again) and let GMPP (if there still is a chevy dealer in town and my GMPP survives, I hope)worry when it`s time.
