Forged wheels...
Hey guys!!!! I currently own a 98 c5 and im looking to but some wheels for her. im thinking about going 20's in the rear and 19's in the front. I wanted to see if anyone had any pics of forged deep dish rims on a c5 vette so i could et an idea how it would look. My vette is black so if you guys got pics on black vettes id appreciate it.

with a 3 piece wheel the hoop (rim) consists of two "halves" plus the wheel center and it is all bolted together, hence the relatively "hefty" price tag.
the CCW's (and pretty much all two-piece wheels) are a forged wheel with the hoop (rim) as a single piece (cylinder) and the wheel center welded in place with the specified offset. and last i checked, they were still in the "under $3000 retail price without any compromises in the quality".
btw, i don't work for CCW or any distributor, i am just one of MANY satisfied customers who appreciated any/all information from this great forum to help me make an informed decision based on aesthetics and budget.
