When I lived in MO I got a ticket for Blue fog lights. I sat there for 45 min while the cop had to look up the correct violation code in the book :-(
Even better was the fact that it wasn't considered a traffic violation but more of a state violation meaning I had to go to the "other court house" where I sat and waited for an assault trial to end before my case was called.
The judge looked at the ticket................then looked at me and said "the officer must have been bored." LOL He then just told me to stay out of trouble for 90 days and waived the ticket at no cost to me!!!!

Which garners another vote for HID's, but I think the OP really isn't concerned with the utility of the fogs or the legality of the blue tint. He just wanted his fogs to look blue. Mission accomplished.
I wouldn't park the Vette too close to that house in the background though. It's leaning to the left and looks like it might tip over.
