What does the underdrive pulley do and how does buying an aftermarket one give you more power? Is it worth the money for this mod? Is it easy to install? If anyone can answer any of these questions then it would be a big help.

The underdrive pully as a standalone mod won't buy you much. Combined with intake, heads, cam, longtubes and exhaust it adds a few ponies to the equation.

i have all of those mods mentioned above so would it be worth the money for me?

There is a lot of labor involved. The time to do it would be when you were doing the cam install. To my knowledge, the UDP is good for about another 5-7 rwhp with those mods. IMHO, it is not worth the cost and labor after the cam swap is complete.
with Cozmo. The pulley is about 25% less in diameter than the stock one, so the HP lost to turn the accessories is less resulting in the extra HP. Not worth the labor plus the cost of the pulley and belt IMHO. I have one Andy at A&A pulled off of my vert when he installed the Vortech. PM me if you are interested in buying one.
